BHS Home Care Services Landing Page

While working for Beacon Health System I was tasked with creating a landing page for homecarebeacon.com. At that time they were running a promo commercial ad. The challenge was to find a way to help website visitors to find the location that was close to them.

I put together this UI for the landing page to help people identify what type of service they needed and available locations.
